Nestled in the mountains of what was once the Capital of the West and then the State of Franklin, Ed Street Company and Street Capital Group have a long history of entrepreneurship, strength, stability, honesty and integrity.
Ed Street Company has over 40 years experience in the construction and development of residential and commercial real estate. The principals also have over 20 years experience in financial services and syndication. Street Capital Group is a subsidiary of Ed Street Company.
Ed Street Company has a long history in real estate financing, construction, management and land development. Ed H. Street, Jr., is the sole owner and CFO of Ed Street Company.
Mr. Street is the Chief Manager of Street Management, LLC. He is also a member of the Investment Committee and will oversee all aspects of the Company’s operations.
Ed Street Company has been working with Walgreens for seven years and has managed all components of developing Walgreens stores, including acquiring all necessary approvals and permits before beginning construction.
The typical lifespan of a Walgreen’s store construction is about 8-9 months. As a general contractor with many projects going on in many different states, it is Ed Street Company’s policy to utilize local sub-contractors in order to stimulate the economies where they work.
The Manager of the Company is Street Management, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company formed on July 24, 2009. The Manager has the exclusive authority to manage and control all aspects of the business of the Company.
