Ed H. Street, Jr., is the sole owner and CFO of ED Street Company and the Manager of Street Management, LLC.
He will oversee all aspects of the Company’s operations. |
Mr. Street has over 40 years of experience as a General Contractor and Developer of commercial and retail real estate. He has completed development projects for most major retail tenants in the United States.
He also has over 20 years of experience in the syndication of properties into tax-free bond issues.
Mr. Street is a former President of the Johnson City Chamber of Commerce and former President of the Johnson City Electric Power Board. He is a member of the Rotary Club, and active in the Good Samaritan Ministries. Mr. Street attended East Tennessee State University.
