About Jim Godfrey

James H. Godfrey, Jr., Secretary and Director of Capital Markets He is primarily responsible for capital raising, acquisitions, financing and the day-to-day operations of the Company. Mr. Godfrey is involved in the development of the overall strategy of the Company as well as locating, acquiring and securing financing for the Projects.

Prior to working with the Manager, Mr. Godfrey was a retail financial advisor for approximately 20 years and holds Series 7, 63, & 65 securities licenses. He has also achieved the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation. Mr. Godfrey is a graduate of Washington & Lee University with a BA in Business Administration and Economics.
