Mr. Sparks is the Vice-Manager of Street Management, LLC, the Manager of the Company.
His duties include general oversight of the Company and he will be active in identifying Projects for acquisition by the Company.
Mr. Sparks is a 25-year business associate of Mr. Street. He served as “Director of Technical Operations” for Charter Communications where his primary responsibility was the administration of multi-million dollar capital and operating budgets before retiring after 32 years of service. Mr. Sparks was recognized by Charter Communications as its ‘Technical Employee of the Year” in 2002. He attended East Tennessee State University and has a degree in electronics.
