Ed Street Company has developed the land and built eighteen single-tenant stores leased to Walgreens, and has either owned, designed, built, developed and financed (or all of the above) one 80-bed, two 180-bed, and six 120-bed senior healthcare facilities. The Company has also been working with Walgreens for seven years and has managed all components of developing Walgreens stores, including acquiring all necessary approvals, architectural designs, and permits before beginning construction.
