The typical lifespan of a Walgreen’s construction is about 8-9 months. As a general contractor with many projects going on in many different states, it is Ed Street Co.’s policy to utilize local sub-contractors in order to stimulate the economies where they work.

Ed Street Co. began this project by accumulating 5 separate commercial and residential properties. As the general contractor, Ed Street obtained all the necessary permits, supervised the demolition and construction of this property. When it is finished it will represent the 25th project that Ed Street Co. has built from start to finish for Walgreen’s.
